Plan

Before execution we identify each activity as well as their resource allocation. A project plan outlining the activities, tasks, dependencies, and timeframes is created. The scheduling charts produced from this information will play a key role in tracking the stages of the project as time passes. The time we spend planning will help to reduce risk and increase project success.

A major part of our planning is ensuring ultimate quality delivery during the construction stage. This includes the quality plan, providing quality targets, assurance, and control measures, along with an acceptance plan, listing the criteria to be met to gain customer acceptance.

Our planning is also intended to ensure that health and safety issues are properly considered during a projects development. During the planning stage we make arrangements for managing significant health and safety risks associated with the construction of the project.

Build

During the build process we work meticulously to create a professional working environment that exceeds your expectations. Whilst efficiency, quality of workmanship and personal attention come as standard, we will always go the extra mile on every project. We are committed to working together, sharing ideas, and taking personal responsibility for every project.

Finish

After build completion our work doesn’t stop. The site will be vigorously inspected and the smallest of defects will be repaired. The whole site will then be professionally cleaned. After cleaning, the final inspect will take place and all documents will be prepared for hand over.

As the quality of materials workmanship is of the highest standard the need for frequent maintenance is reduced significantly. We aim to design maintenance free building for our clients. As 0% maintenance is unachievable we offer an aftercare service. Our initial aftercare period is intended to deal with immediate problems, help the occupants understand the development, and help facilities managers learn to operate it. During this period, we will station members of our team on site to receive feedback, fine tune systems and ensure proper operation of the completed development.

After the initial aftercare period we offer the client a complete 24/7 maintenance package provided by our Facility Management team. Maintenance is essential to ensure that the development presents a good appearance and operates at optimum efficiency. Our maintenance team will be well educated on all aspects of your building. For maintenance to be most effective, our team will organise a programme of cyclical maintenance. Our maintenance service allows the client to continue trading with minimal disruption to their business.
